About the role

We’re a Series-D, AI-powered software platform that enables any business to build and run custom apps without coding. Our Growth team manages multi-channel demand generation across the US, UK, and over 20 other markets—fueling pipelines for SMBs to global enterprises.

A surge in paid social scale tests and creative iterations has outpaced our in-house capacity. We need a senior, hands-on specialist to own paid social execution end-to-end (strategy, launch, optimization, reporting) and drive a rigorous performance-creative testing program to lower CAC.

Responsibilities

  1. Translate ICP/segment briefs into UK & US paid-social plans (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit)
  2. Build media mix & budget pacing models for six-figure monthly spend
  3. Campaign execution: set up, QA, launch ads, audiences, pixel/conversion APIs
  4. Own naming taxonomies & UTM governance for clean data flow into GA4/HubSpot
  5. Architect test matrices and brief designers/editors rapidly
  6. Analyze thumb-stop %, hold rate, and post-click quality to decide winners
  7. Propose scale tests (new channels, retargeting logic, offer variants)
  8. Build dashboards and concise reports (SQLs, pipeline $, CAC, payback)
  9. Present insights weekly to VP Growth & Head of People Ops
  10. Document playbooks, train junior team members, and recommend tooling

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years B2B paid-social ownership with demonstrable lead-gen revenue impact
  • Proven command of £/$100k+ monthly budgets across LinkedIn + Meta (bonus: TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube)
  • Deep understanding of performance-creative science
  • Fluent in conversion tracking (offline events, CAPI, HubSpot/GA4, Salesforce)
  • Data-driven storyteller capable of turning insights into actions
  • Project management skills: meet deadlines, document changes, escalate blockers
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with designers, copywriters, devs, and RevOps

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI/SaaS products to SMB buyers
  • Experience with ABM or intent-signal retargeting tools
  • Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
  • Familiarity with creative-automation platforms
  • Part-time hours: 15–25 per week, with potential for full-time
  • Compensation: Hourly or monthly retainer, preference for structure and rate
  • Start date: ASAP, ideally next week
  • Location: Remote with 4+ hours overlap with London/Eastern US hours
