THE ROLE
We need someone who can own Meta advertising for our roster of fashion and ecom clients. You’ll be hands-on in campaign build, creative direction, testing, and reporting—no red tape, just fast execution and meaningful results.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating Meta campaigns from scratch: build, test, optimise, scale
Working with our creative team to brief, concept, and test ad variations
Running budgets effectively and taking responsibility for ROAS
Managing client campaigns day-to-day with full visibility of performance
Preparing and delivering insightful client reports and presentations on campaign results and strategy
Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max (PMAX) to drive conversions and maximise ROI
Overseeing product feed setup and optimising for Google Shopping campaigns to ensure accurate product representation and performance
STAND OUT | NICE-TO-HAVES
TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop experience
Pinterest Ads knowledge
Video editing or graphic design basics (even in Canva or CapCut)
Fashion or ecom brand experience
(Not essential—but you’ll stand out if you’ve got some of these too)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, especially Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns and search campaigns
Experience with product feed management and Shopping campaign optimisation
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, including setting up custom conversions and event tracking
Experience using AI tools for creative or media buying
