Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to lead cutting-edge paid social programmes for a portfolio of prestigious ecommerce clients. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll own strategy, implementation and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms—driving sustainable revenue growth and shaping our agency’s approach to paid social.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth audits and paid social strategies that achieve rapid, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Translate client business objectives into clear KPIs and campaign roadmaps.
  • Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns—building accounts from scratch, launching, optimising and scaling to hit ROI targets.
  • Craft compelling copy, source visuals and ensure brand tone and guidelines are met.
  • Create international, full-funnel strategies focused on true ROI and brand lift (not just ROAS).
  • Identify growth opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Produce insightful reports that sit within wider multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Deliver internal training and champion innovation, automation and efficiency in paid social execution.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ hands-on paid social experience (agency background preferred).
  • Proven success managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Deep understanding of complex bidding strategies, automation tools and post-iOS-update attribution challenges.
  • Skilled at data analysis (GA4, platform analytics) with the creativity to write high-impact ad copy.
  • Experience running audits and building robust, data-driven strategies.
  • Knowledge of technical setup (pixels, tracking, analytics integrations).
  • Strong organisational skills—comfortable juggling multiple clients, budgets and deadlines.

  • Salary band for this role is £38k – £44k (DOE).
