The Role

Legend is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing team, reporting directly to our Senior Programmatic Manager.

In this role, you’ll lead on impactful paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and emerging platforms—playing a key part in how our brand connects with new audiences and drives measurable results.

You’ll own paid social performance end-to-end, combining creative thinking, platform knowledge, and a test-and-learn mindset to grow the channel. From planning and activation to optimisation and reporting, you’ll run campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes—acquiring high-value users, improving ROI, and scaling what works. If you're commercially minded and excited by data-driven growth, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with platform reps, especially Meta, and Reddit to identify emerging features, negotiate support, and push for channel-level growth opportunities.

Your Impact:

  • Optimising paid social campaigns to maximise ROI, attract high-value users, and fuel business growth
  • Using data-driven insights to identify new market opportunities and launch targeted campaigns across global regions
  • Acting as the paid social subject-matter expert—bringing fresh ideas, testing new approaches, and pushing performance forward
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and the wider Paid Marketing team to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns that align with our broader strategy
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to suggest content formats, iterate on messaging, and improve creative performance
  • Present monthly performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders across Paid and Brand teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), and Reddit—ideally within iGaming (Casino and Sports), but not essential
  • Strong understanding of tracking methodologies and performance measurement across major social platforms
  • A data-savvy mindset with confident Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, and advanced filtering)
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously; you’re someone who doesn’t just execute, but proactively improves the way things are done
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, always looking for ways to improve performance and efficiency
  • Experience managing relationships with platform reps (e.g. Meta, Reddit)

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer, Hiring Manager and Programmatic Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3-5 days to complete the task and return it back to us for review
  • 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer Head of Paid Marketing (1 hour video via Zoom)
