Position: Paid Social Media Manager at Protein Works
Overview: The Paid Social Media Manager drives revenue growth in DTC markets by managing paid social channels, supporting key commercial metrics such as Order Volume, AOV, Gross Margin, LTV:CAC, NNPOFO, and customer acquisition. The role involves strategic leadership, collaboration across teams, and delivering sustainable growth through paid social campaigns.
Team Structure: The manager works within a Squad, collaborating with the Growth Hacker/Squad Leader and other members, focusing on strategy and execution of paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including budgets and targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad development.
- Understand product dynamics to support growth in AOV.
- Drive new customer acquisition consistently.
- Optimize LTV through paid social efforts.
- Monitor site and product conversion rates and implement improvements.
- Share insights and turn learnings into actions.
- Ensure brand standards and customer-focused executions.
- Identify and support growth opportunities.
- Align paid social spend with broader business goals.
