Location: London Victoria or Newcastle

Full-time | Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 40 hours

As Paid Social Media Manager, you will be a crucial part of the Lead Generation Team, managing digital campaigns, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. You should have experience in and be confident to:

• Take full ownership of all Display and Push Digital Campaigns
• Design and implement tests experimenting with new strategies
• Analyze digital campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
• Produce KPI reports for campaigns
• Execute, coordinate, optimize, A/B test, and troubleshoot digital campaigns across platforms
• Design and analyze experiments testing optimization theories
• Build processes that integrate offline conversion data
• Conduct ad research and write ad copy
• Review campaign performance daily
• Track and measure digital marketing effectiveness
• Test new video creatives and platform enhancements
• Ensure campaigns are optimized for targeted traffic and ROI
• Work with the digital marketing team to attribute cross-channel performance
• Manage relationships with support teams and agencies
• Explore new digital channels
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Group for latest strategies and success sharing

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience managing significant budgets
• 3+ years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of relational databases, Power BI, Python is a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DoubleClick
• Attention to detail, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Copywriting skills desirable
• Reliable, autonomous, organized, eager to learn
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• High integrity and ability to inspire confidence
• Experience in security industry is a plus
