Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, TUI and Deliveroo, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an ambitious Paid Social Manager to step into our marketing team. As our Paid Social Manager, you’ll be focused on using social media channel & affiliates to acquire new customers for our site, app and browser extension by devising, implementing and optimising cost efficient ways to drive high quality leads. This is an amazing opportunity to get strategic and have an immediate impact on VoucherCodes’ growth. Sitting in the Digital Marketing team, you’ll be working across all forms of paid media as well as trialling as yet un-tested acquisition sources. We’re looking for a self-starter, with experience acquiring leads online, a head for numbers, and grade-A collaboration skills.

What we need from you
  1. Consistent drive to achieve (and exceed!) ambitious customer acquisition targets
  2. Strong self motivation; the confidence to get creative and fail fast
  3. Ability to collaborate and pitch in to get a job done properly
  4. Strong numerical and analytical skills - ideally experience working with Excel and Tableau
  5. Exceptional prioritisation and organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload
  6. 3-5 years in a digital marketing role with a focus on paid social - ideally with a demonstrable understanding of the affiliate industry
  7. Paid media management and optimisation - Including social, search, and display
  8. Budget management in line with cost per acquisition targets
Preferable experience
  1. Offline, referral, affiliate, white label, influencer and other acquisition marketing
  2. Working with agencies/affiliates/third parties
  3. Messaging and UX to drive app and browser extension installs
What you’ll be doing
  1. Working with the Digital Marketing Team to set a customer acquisition strategy to significantly grow VoucherCodes email, app and browser extension customer bases - across our core & VIP base
  2. Managing a paid budget to acquire ROI positive customers
  3. Setting up, managing, and optimising paid social, display and affiliate acquisition campaigns from scratch
  4. Researching, trialling and scaling untested acquisition methods
  5. Finding creative, on-brand, ways to reach and convert high quality customers
  6. Devising, implementing, and reporting on quick tests to prove value before making decisions
  7. Reporting back to the Digital Marketing team and wider businesses on performance vs targets, test results and plans
  8. Working with the Sr Social Media & Influencer Manager on content strategy for paid social
  9. Collaborating with the campaign manager, CRM, product and business analytics teams to create campaigns that cut through, convert, and show value down the line
