We’re hiring a Paid Social Manager for our Manchester office.

Purpose of the Role

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of paid social campaigns, including setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams, and platform representatives to drive performance.
  • Attend and represent the team at external and internal client meetings.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and oversee the Account Executive to deliver strategic approaches and adhere to Dentsu’s QA policies.
  • Mentor and empower team members to improve quality and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid social.
Key Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of paid social principles and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in delivering paid social campaigns with key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Smartly is a plus.
