Paid Social Manager

Location: Leeds – Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote, flexible)

We seek an experienced Paid Social Manager to elevate our clients’ performance marketing. You will own campaigns primarily on Meta, managing large budgets, as paid social is our most profitable digital channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet performance and ROI targets, focusing on CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Test and expand campaigns across emerging platforms for multichannel growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative tactics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Data-driven problem solver with a focus on impact maximization.
  • Curious and eager to test and push performance boundaries.
  • Collaborative, working well with creative and tech teams.
  • At least 3 years managing Paid Social campaigns, especially on Meta, in-house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, bid optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing large budgets is a plus.
