the7stars is looking for a Paid Social Manager to own day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns, shaping data-driven strategies from brief through activation to optimisation. You’ll work with a Paid Social Account Director and the wider activation team, independently developing strategies that hit client objectives and push maturity across channels.

• Hands-on paid social experience across major platforms
• Proven ability to manage performance-driven accounts and deliver results
• Strong strategic thinking with detail-driven execution

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and respond to needs
• Independently manage day-to-day account delivery with team mentoring
• Present performance updates, insights and recommendations with confidence
• Support the development and delivery of paid social roadmaps
• Identify opportunities to add value through specialist paid social expertise
• Deliver accurate reporting and KPI tracking
• Collaborate with paid search and planning teams for integrated campaigns
• Share knowledge on paid social best practices and industry developments
• Manage workload and delegate tasks, including offshore resources
