Job summary

Open Partners in Manchester is seeking a Paid Social Junior Partner to support the technical activation of our Social vision for clients. You will execute campaigns accurately, monitor performance, and learn core platform mastery in a hands-on role.

You will work with Associate Partners to deliver campaigns, ensure quality, and explore AI tools to improve efficiency while building cross-disciplinary understanding across Media, Creative, and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurate Campaign Execution: support the delivery of paid social strategies by executing assigned tasks accurately and following best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: assist in driving client growth by monitoring live campaigns, pulling performance data, and helping optimise for reach, response, and conversion.
• Quality Control & Pacing: eradicate technical errors across all deliverables by following thorough QA processes and pacing checks.
• Platform Mastery: master the core fundamentals of paid social platforms, taking responsibility for personal technical delivery.
• Data & Reporting Support: help transform raw data into clear performance narratives by compiling accurate reports and slide decks.
• Co-Intelligent Working: use AI tools in daily tasks to streamline delivery and boost productivity.
• Full-Service Thinking: understand how paid social connects across Media, Creative, and Data disciplines.
