Space NK Limited is seeking a strategic Paid Social Manager (Mat Cover) to lead the paid social function from our London head office. You will shape strategy, manage large media investments and drive customer acquisition, loyalty and revenue growth across key social platforms.

You will collaborate with CRM, Brand Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and Finance to leverage first-party data and creative innovation, while advancing measurement, testing and automation capabilities to stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large-scale paid social programmes with responsibility for commercial performance.
• Proven success driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid social channels.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager and experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and other relevant social platforms.
• Excellent understanding of audience development, customer segmentation and first-party data strategies.
• Experience developing testing frameworks and translating insights into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the paid social strategy across all relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Lead forecasting, budget planning and investment allocation to maximise objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across the customer journey.
• Partner with CRM and Data teams to leverage first-party data for audience strategies.
• Lead testing and measurement frameworks to improve channel effectiveness.
