An award-winning brand in the casino and iGaming space is seeking a Paid Social Executive to join its growing digital marketing team. Known for bold creativity, innovative campaigns, and a data-led approach, this business continues to redefine online entertainment across key international markets.

Reporting to the Head of Paid Social, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, X and Snapchat. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated digital marketer with expertise in full funnel paid social marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X and Snapchat
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging visual and written assets
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and automation formulas
  • Liaise with data teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Conduct competitor analysis and present insights to internal stakeholders
  • Test new creative concepts and contribute ideas to enhance campaign performance
Candidate Profile
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, tracking, and campaign optimisation
  • Confident with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, X and Snapchat advertising desirable
  • iGaming industry experience beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, curious mindset
