Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Social Executive to support our

digital marketing team in executing and optimising paid social media campaigns. The

ideal candidate will assist in the management and growth of paid advertising strategies

across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and others but

predominantly TikTok. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital

marketing and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in the creation, setup, and optimisation

of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Similarly, support in

the development of ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget management,

as well as monitor campaign performance and make adjustments based on KPIs

to ensure optimal results.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign metrics (CPC,

CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and generate regular performance reports. Provide

insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation based on data

analysis.

  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the

production of high-quality ad creatives that align with campaign goals. Ensure all

ad creatives are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Assist in identifying and refining audience

segments for campaigns. Support in testing and refining audience strategies to

maximise engagement and conversions.

  • A/B Testing: Coordinate and assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting

options, and bid strategies. Analyse test results and make data-driven

recommendations for improvement.

  • Budget Management: Help manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend

allocation across different campaigns and platforms. Assist in ensuring that all

campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.

  • Market Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in

paid social media advertising and competitor activities. Share new platform

features and ad formats with the team to improve campaign performance.

  • Client/Stakeholder Communication: Support in preparing client reports,

campaign updates, and presentations. Help maintain clear communication with

clients and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or

equivalent work experience).

  • Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and digital marketing

strategies.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms but in particular TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or other data

analysis tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with social media trends.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working in paid social media advertising. Ideally

experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry such as fashion, beauty or

entertainment.

  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google

Ads is an advantage.
