Job Description:

Main Function of Job Role:

The role of the Display and Paid Social Exec is to research, plan and implement strategies for effective paid media campaigns. This includes setting up and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, attending client meetings, and formulating marketing strategies to meet client objectives. The goal is to deliver excellent service and maximize ROI for clients.

Employees are also expected to carry out other duties reasonably within their skills and competence.

Main Duties:

  • Manage daily client marketing activities
  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns across DSPs and social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Create ad copy and assets
  • Manage organic pages, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns; produce reports
  • Develop existing campaigns using available tools
  • Communicate with clients via Account Managers to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze website data, provide insights, and implement tracking with tools like GA, GTM, GCM
  • Research industry trends and make strategic recommendations
  • Improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain personal organization to meet utilization targets
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, communication, and retention

Internal team activities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager to develop paid media offerings and standards
  • Develop reporting methods for better client insights
  • Research and relay latest trends
  • Analyze industry issues and recommend solutions
  • Educate sales teams about products
  • Create sales collateral and support pitches
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and partners
  • Maintain personal organization for utilization targets

Skills & Competence Required:

  • Experience managing social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in copywriting and asset creation
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with display media campaigns, especially programmatic
  • Experience with ad servers like DoubleClick
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and accuracy skills
