Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to develop best-in-class strategies and manage all Paid Social activities for assigned clients. The role involves managing and developing the team, serving as a point of escalation, and leading AI exploration and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Social to develop and promote overall strategy and approach for the channel.
  • Ensure best practices and innovation in all Paid Social activities.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships; act as the main escalation point for client issues.
  • Handle multiple, large, or complex clients, setting overall strategy and goals for the team.
  • Manage and develop direct reports; responsible for team development.
  • Forecast annual and monthly budgets; aim to grow account profitability.
  • Contribute to new business development as needed.

AI Exploration & Innovation:

  • Identify and evaluate AI tools and platforms relevant to paid social, creative automation, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting.
  • Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to test AI applications in real-world client scenarios.
  • Translate AI capabilities into actionable strategies and services for clients, driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (data science, tech, strategy) to integrate AI into marketing workflows.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on the evolving AI landscape and its implications for digital marketing.
