THE ROLE
- You will be both creative and analytical, understanding what makes ads convert and backing it with data.
- Manage creative direction for 4-6 clients, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Work across multiple industries and brand voices, collaborating with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers.
- Engage directly with clients to guide creative strategy and gather feedback.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead creative strategy for 4-6 DTC ecommerce brands.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-converting ad concepts.
- Analyze performance data and identify creative opportunities.
- Manage creative briefs, analyze ads, and generate reports using tools like Notion and Motion.
- Work with clients during strategy sessions and feedback loops.
- Use Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools to track and optimize performance.
- Maintain a backlog of creative ideas and variations for scaling.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights.
- Communicate effectively via Slack and manage workflows in Notion.
- Test, iterate, and bring new ideas to improve ad performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in paid media or growth agency.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, especially for DTC eCommerce; TikTok and YouTube experience a plus.
- Ability to analyze ad data and develop high-converting creative concepts.
- Creative storytelling skills, attention to detail, and leadership in directing creative teams.
- Fluency in English, confident in client communication.
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, Motion, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment without micromanagement.
