THE ROLE
- You’re both creative and analytical—knowing what makes ads convert and how to support it with data.
- You’ll work with 4-6 clients, owning creative direction and aligning ads with performance goals.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across industries and brand voices.
- You collaborate, brief, analyze, and iterate with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers.
- You’ll work directly with clients to uncover angles, gather feedback, and guide creative strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and lead creative strategy for 4–6 DTC ecommerce brands.
- Work with editors, designers, and copywriters to develop high-converting ad concepts.
- Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance data and find creative opportunities.
- Create and manage creative briefs, analyze ads, and generate reports using tools like Notion and Motion.
- Work directly with clients during strategy sessions and feedback to refine and evolve concepts.
- Use Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools to track performance and explore testing ideas.
- Maintain a backlog of creative angles, hooks, and variations for scaling.
- Provide regular reports and growth updates to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Communicate via Slack, manage pipelines in Notion, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Proactively bring new ideas—test, iterate, and scale successful strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar in paid media or growth agency.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (especially DTC eCommerce); TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms are a bonus.
- Ability to analyze ad data and translate it into high-converting creative concepts.
- A creative mind with strong copywriting, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with and directing editors, designers, and copywriters.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and confidence in client calls and presentations.
- Highly organized, familiar with Slack, Notion, Motion, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment without micromanagement.
