Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment is hiring a Paid Social Executive in Leeds to manage the production process behind paid social creative. You’ll ensure briefs are accurate, assets are gathered, and content is on-brand and compliant. You’ll work with agencies, designers and the marketing team to keep campaigns moving weekly.

You will coordinate briefs, maintain a content library and continually look for ways to improve efficiency and performance across Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in paid social, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and understand what makes content perform.
• Able to coordinate with agencies, designers and the wider marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of multiple paid social adverts each week.
• Compile and organise assets required for paid campaigns.
• Brief agencies on UGC content and creative requirements.
• Brief designers on assets needed for campaigns.
• Manage the process from initial brief through to completed creative.
• Ensure content is on-brand, on-brief and compliant.
• Review creative and identify where improvements could be made.
• Build and maintain a library of content for paid and organic use.
