Job description

Sales and new customers: The team runs full funnel activities across multiple channels including Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, and other social platforms. They are responsible for the profitable spend and evaluation of a multi-million pound budget. The Paid Social Assistant will report to the Paid Social Manager and work as part of this team to enhance capabilities. They will play a key role in improving team efficiency through executing core processes and assisting in managing programmatic campaigns across all territories and channels.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office to foster faster decision-making, deeper connections, and a strong team culture where everyone can grow, create, and succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign setup and optimization across Facebook/Instagram and other channels.
  • Daily and weekly reporting, including budget monitoring and spend reviews.
  • Supporting creative refreshes within mid-upper funnel campaigns across platforms.
  • Owning the monthly competitor review process and staying updated with platform developments and industry best practices.
  • Supporting organic boosting and content amplification activities.
  • Implementing test and learn initiatives to improve performance and develop best practices.
  • Assisting with monthly invoicing of platform spend.
  • Promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
  • Liaising with other teams within ASOS to achieve goals.
Candidate Requirements
  • Some experience in Paid Social.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing.
  • Understanding of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret numbers.
  • Interest in the Retail industry with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Strong collaboration skills both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Confidence to connect with people and work as part of a team.
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
