A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
The Paid Social and Display Manager will be accountable for the performance of media investment UK, US, and Germany. They will deliver best in class executions across the entire paid social and display landscape that deliver incremental uplifts in customer behaviour within agreed allowable costs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day management of Paid Social and Display agencies that includes briefing, media plan reviews, testing plans, and on-going performance reviews to ensure in-vestment is delivering the required results.
- Providing weekly reporting to internal stakeholders with clear insights on what we did, what we expected to see, what we actually saw and what we’d do differently next time.
- Continually pitching new opportunities to internal stakeholders that have the potential to drive incremental performance for both new, existing, and lapsed customers.
- Manage the mid to long term strategic roadmap for Paid Social and Display marketing that has buy in and support from senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Brand, Product and Customer teams to deliver best in class creative, product feeds and first party data that unlock improvements in performance.
- Working with a team of channel leads to deliver a customer centric digital marketing strategy that delivers global reach with local precision.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role for a fashion / apparel retailer
- An understanding of how to measure the incremental impact of Marketing activity
- An understanding of commercial performance beyond platform revenue and ROAS
- Effective agency management as well as hands on platform experience
- Experience of US paid media activations
