As a Paid Social and Display Executive, you will play an active role in the day-to-day coordination and operational delivery of advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, and other display platforms.
You'll work closely with our agency partners, media platforms, internal teams, and paid social peers, building strong relationships to successfully deliver high-performing social ad campaigns. You will be data led, reporting on performance and making recommendations to refine our approach, optimise spend, and ensure the best possible outcomes for the team against our KPIs.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in performance marketing, particularly someone with a strong eye for detail, confidence with numbers, and curiosity about what drives media performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Team and cross functional collaboration: Working closely with our internal teams, you will seek to understand the key product launches, promotions and priorities across our business areas: Beauty, General Merchandise and Healthcare, to coordinate the day-to-day planning of Paid Social ads.
Lead for creative assets creation: Working with our creative agency teams to brief, review creatives for quality, upholding BVI, and monitoring creative performance.
Performance reporting for social ads: Pulling data from Meta Ads Manager, Smartly and internal tools to understand performance, reviewing all key metrics from reach and impressions to return on advertising spend, and making observations and recommendations to the Paid Social team on areas of optimisation and opportunity.
Coordination and planning: Supporting the planning and delivery of our key marketing campaigns across the year from a Paid Social perspective, pulling data on past campaigns, market conditions and competitor, to inform the direction we take for seasonal moments such as Summer and Christmas.
Paid Social Strategy: Proactive contribution to the development and implementation of the Paid Social strategy, working closely with the Paid Social Manager, Specialists and agency team to define and deliver together.
