Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Paid Social and Affiliates Manager to join our team. The role offers a salary of £59,850 to £86,691 per annum (dependent on location and experience) plus benefits. Locations include London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid work pattern requiring at least two days per week at one of the listed hubs.

Role Overview:

You will play a key role in our Growth team, focusing on customer acquisition and growth through data-led paid social and affiliate marketing strategies. You will manage day-to-day channel performance, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to achieve measurable results. You should be hands-on with platforms, testing, learning, and scaling effective strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a data-driven growth strategy across Paid Social to drive customer acquisition and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to test and scale affiliate partnerships.
  • Plan, activate, and optimize campaigns across Paid Social platforms, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
  • Translate strategic goals into detailed channel plans targeting profitable customer segments.
  • Coordinate with media agencies for strategy alignment and performance monitoring.
  • Work with creative teams to develop impactful social creatives that adhere to best practices.
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture with clear measurement frameworks for experiments.
  • Partner with full funnel teams to identify and scale new growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on platform innovations, emerging trends, and new tactics.
  • Support long-term channel vision, including innovation roadmaps and insights.
  • Contribute to best practices, campaign documentation, and knowledge sharing.

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and performance-based models.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, with strong analytical skills for data interpretation and optimization.
