Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.

We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Advertising Lead with a strong track record of driving app installs for B2C brands. In this role, you'll help determine strategy, whilst owning execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across major social platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and others. You’ll work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to scale user acquisition and improve the efficiency of our app marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to meet app install and CPA/CPI goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, including static, video, UGC, and motion graphics.
  • Develop a structured A/B testing strategy across audiences, placements, messaging, and creatives.
  • Report on performance metrics and funnel data to inform broader app growth strategies.
  • Stay current with social platform updates, ad policies, and best practices in mobile user acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a focus on app installs for B2C businesses.
  • Proven success scaling budgets while maintaining or improving cost efficiency (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution and MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch).
  • Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with consumer-facing apps in verticals such as lifestyle, fitness, health, fintech, or gaming.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and collaborating with design/UGC teams.
  • Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) and how paid and organic strategies intersect.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for reporting.
