Central Employment is working in partnership with a leading full-service marketing and creative agency, specializing in working with leading UK and international eCommerce and B2B brands. The agency's team of specialists collaborates to turn strategy into effective content and campaigns.

Responsibilities of the Paid Social Account Executive:
  • Manage multiple paid social accounts across various platforms, optimizing campaigns and monitoring performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results.
  • Liaise with clients to plan and execute paid social strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams including media, social media managers, animators, graphic designers, and sales teams.
  • Achieve KPIs set on accounts.
  • Develop new strategies and methods for the team and clients.
  • Handle budgeting and forecasting for paid social campaigns on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
  • Write creative briefs for the design team with innovative recommendations.
Must Have/Experience Required:
  • Experience as a paid social specialist.
  • Approximately 2 years of dedicated experience, either agency or eCommerce client side.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
