Job description

As a Paid Social Account Executive, you’ll be supporting the Head of Social and Paid Social Lead on the execution and reporting of global paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, managing large, always-on budgets of >£50K per month - optimising to performance KPIs of ROAS or CPA.

As a Meta and TikTok marketing expert, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities and approaches. You’ll be responsible for scaling your clients’ accounts through experimentation, and building upon learnings gained. In addition, you will also work closely with the creative and data team to review client creative performance and align on creative production cycles and launch strategies.

You will work alongside the Head of Social and Paid Social on a portfolio of accounts, responsible for reporting and communicating marketing strategies for your clients in line with their performance KPIs. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients of all levels through weekly calls, in-person business reviews and office hour sessions.

Additional Experience and Skills:
  • 6-12 months experience in Facebook and TikTok marketing for performance advertisers
  • Ability to work with data and identify trends
  • High level of proficiency with Google Sheets and pivot tables
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong level of attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok best practices, and ability to think outside the box to amplify paid social new customer acquisition
  • Ability to function as an individual contributor and a team player
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, you will need to solve performance problems quickly and decisively
  • Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn
  • Contributes on the account testing plan with a clear methodology
  • Continue to improve knowledge on all things Paid Social and stays informed of the latest Paid Social tactics and strategies
