Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Paid Search Account Director to lead strategy for high-spend, global brands from London. You will own end-to-end Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and partner with analytics and creative teams to maximise performance.

You will leverage Performance Max, bidding strategies and feed management, using data-driven measurement and experimentation to deliver profitable growth and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in paid search and shopping, especially Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Hands-on, performance-focused with large-scale campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of Performance Max, bidding strategies, feed management.
• Data-driven with measurement, attribution and experimentation.
• Confident, collaborative and able to communicate with clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Paid Search and Shopping strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Hands-on ownership across campaign builds, launches, management and optimisation.
• Use data, measurement and attribution to drive performance and profitable growth.
• Partner closely with Analytics, Creative, Social and Commerce teams.
• Leverage AI, automation and new platform capabilities to identify growth opportunities.
