Starcom in London is seeking a Paid Search Account Director to lead strategy, performance and growth for a major beauty client portfolio. You will shape innovative paid search solutions, build trusted client partnerships and drive meaningful business results alongside specialists and senior stakeholders.

The role combines media, technology and data to deliver exceptional outcomes, while developing a high-performing team and influencing cross-functional groups. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or media agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns on major platforms.
• Experience building strategic client relationships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of Paid Search across a portfolio of brands to meet commercial objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance performance and client value and strengthen partnerships.
• Shape best-in-class Paid Search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and emerging solutions.
• Champion testing, automation, measurement and new technologies.
• Coach and develop a team of Paid Search specialists to thrive and grow.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, QA, forecasting and continuous improvement.
