Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + bonus + hybrid working

The Opportunity

This is your chance to become part of a seriously impressive team of analysts and performance marketers based in Leeds, supporting global PPC campaigns for a major travel brand.

You'll be executing and optimising Paid Search activity across Google and Bing, working closely with the Paid Media Manager to drive results and deliver on key KPIs. With strong structures in place for progression and support, this is the ideal opportunity to sharpen your strategic, reporting, and client-facing skills.

Expect fast-paced progression, hands-on support, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the agency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering Paid Search campaigns across Google & Bing
  • Supporting performance delivery for a global travel client
  • Creating insight-led reports and contributing to client presentations
  • Collaborating with wider teams to drive campaign performance
  • Optimising budgets, bidding strategies, and ad copy for maximum ROI
  • Participating in innovation and platform beta testing

Who You Are

You're confident, curious, and ready to grow. You bring passion to performance marketing and thrive on seeing your work make a real impact.

  • 12 months+ experience in a Paid Search / PPC role
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Bing campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident using platforms like Google Analytics, SA360 & Campaign Manager (nice to have)
  • Commercially aware - you understand budget pacing, ROI and what drives growth
  • Clear communicator and proactive collaborator
  • Passionate about learning and growing in a supportive team
