Our client, an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency in London, is hiring for a Paid Search Associate to join their team in London.

They are a leading agency in the e-commerce space, working with an amazing portfolio of Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, and Retail brands. They are looking for a Paid Search Associate who is ready to drive impact for clients, is action-oriented, and solutions-focused, working across 3 key fashion brands.

The Role:
Execution:
  1. Hands-on in the platforms (Google Ads, Feed Optimisation Platform & Search Ads 360 etc.).
  2. Building and launching new campaigns.
  3. Optimising existing campaigns through A/B split testing audiences & copy.
  4. Executing on the strategy laid out by the Specialist, Senior Specialist, or Director for key clients.
Training:
  1. Dedicated time to upskilling in the platforms, industry, and wider digital trends.
  2. Training to be delivered through the company's extensive induction program.
Reporting:
  1. Confident using data to measure performance with expertise using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  2. Weekly performance checks to ensure budget pacing is on track.
  3. Conducting Weekly Insights, Monthly Reporting, and quarterly deep dives.
  4. Frequent client communications and meetings to present insights.
  5. Fully understanding clients’ goals, customers, and business.
  6. Supporting the Specialist/Senior Specialist to define campaign structures based on clients’ goals & budgets.
  7. Involved in client workshops to uncover nuances and inform the Paid Search strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search.
  2. Passionate about working with Fashion & E-commerce brands.
  3. Analytical & Data Driven.
  4. Ability to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexible working – office/WFH with flexi hours.
