A boutique London agency is looking for a Paid Search Account Director to work across ecommerce brands. Due to the size of the agency, you will have the freedom and autonomy to deliver the best work for your clients. This is a highly client-facing role, so strong relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage high-quality Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
  2. Provide strategic direction for paid media activities across various brands in the retail sector.
  3. Build and manage paid campaigns on social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
  4. Plan 12-month campaign strategies for each channel and campaign type.
  5. Execute campaign builds and optimizations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook.
  6. Stay updated on PPC developments, research, test, and propose innovative approaches to enhance services.
  7. Collaborate with Managing Directors and senior leaders on strategy.
  8. Manage a PPC Account Executive responsible for administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and proficiency in Google Analytics. PPC experience is crucial for this role.
  • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing approaches, with the ability to communicate strategies effectively to clients.
  • Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Web Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Qualifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity with Kenshoo software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in executing successful PPC strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
