The role
We are looking for a strong Paid Performance Marketing Manager to develop a leading performance marketing operation that can scale our user base across UK, US and provide consultation support to DE & FR. You'll be someone looking to step up in your career, looking for the ability to lead with autonomy and own the creation of new processes. You'll be attracted to working in a start-up style environment, with the benefit of an established business as support. Day to day, you'll have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, and its execution and A/B testing.
What you'll be doing...
CHANNEL STRATEGY - Own and develop our channel strategy for all media: paid search, paid social campaigns (Adwords, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Performance Max, LinkedIn), spanning key markets, from conception to execution. SEO strategy experience, a bonus!
REPORTING LINES - Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce Operations and working closely with the Director of Marketing, US and Marketing Lead, UK.
EXECUTION OF ADVERTISING - Be the day-to-day manager and optimisation expert across all key channels. Must have geographical understanding of both the UK & USA (including metro markets).
REPORTING - Be responsible for owning the creation of weekly reports and end-ofcampaign reports for key campaigns and always-on activations.
DIGITAL DASHBOARD - Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce Operations to support the development and implementation of a new digital dashboard to enhance visibility of marketing campaign performance across global markets. You'll define and establish a robust reporting process for the marketing dashboard(s), identifying the most impactful KPIs for both BAU activities and campaign success. Collaborate closely with regional and brand leads to deliver actionable, real-time insights that drive agility and informed decision-making. Own and manage performance dashboards for Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads in the UK and US, while providing consultation, onboarding, and training support for teams in France and Germany to ensure global adoption and consistent use.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS - Provide commercially focused analysis to 'join the dots' between the paid performance metrics, and the business growth ambitions. Provide a continuous test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, aiding growth.
DATA ANALYSIS - Drive optimisation plans through analysis of global data sets.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT - Advise on, allocate and accurately track all campaigns budgets, working closely with our finance team to invoice and manage upcoming spends. As part of your optimisation efforts, continuously analyse and recommend spend changes (as necessary) to achieve maximum ROI.
COACHING & CONSULTANCY - Working closely with our international markets and upskilling the wider business on paid performance practices in a clear, concise and collaborative manner.
