Job Description:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Paid Meta & Canva Executive/Assistant to join our team at Healthy Stuff Group, an entrepreneurial global health and wellbeing company.

As our Paid Meta & Canva Executive/Assistant, your role will focus on two main areas:

  1. Working with the Paid Meta Manager on implementing and optimizing paid Meta campaigns across our brands, with support and guidance to achieve ROAS, profit, and revenue goals.
  2. Utilizing Canva to support various design needs, including paid social assets, organic social graphics, shop promotions, and ad hoc project designs.
Role responsibilities include:
  • Reporting key metrics such as daily ROAS, campaign reach/impressions, and monthly UGC reports.
  • Assisting in campaign setup and optimization in Meta, including creating new audiences and suggesting improvements.
  • Monitoring budgets across channels and brands.
  • Executing and refining Meta campaigns.
  • Designing assets in Canva for social media and promotional materials.
  • Editing videos in Canva, including snippets, overlays, and compiling clips.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes.
Required skills and experience:
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, with proficiency in Meta ads and Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on performance optimization.
  • Ability to analyze Meta data and platform insights.
  • Organized, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within an agency or managing multiple brands is desirable.
