You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of moving ROAS/CPA, agency experience across several clients, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth including retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
