A fabulous opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about digital media and possesses a strong digital marketing skill set across paid digital marketing. Our client, an online commerce platform, has ambitious plans for growth and is looking for someone with energy and vision to join their growing team of marketers, based at their offices near Leeds.

Role overview: In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of PPC campaigns, expanding the company's reach across channels such as Google Display Network, YouTube, Outbrain, and Taboola. You will deliver campaigns that maximize activity and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities and broaden strategies to increase paid media investment and drive growth on new and emerging platforms.
  2. Manage non-brand paid search campaigns to improve CTR and search impression share.
  3. Provide regular reports ensuring PPC performance aligns with budgets, explaining any variances clearly.
  4. Develop testing strategies to optimize audience targeting and bids.
  5. Collaborate with web developers to ensure landing pages are aligned with multi-channel campaigns.
  6. Work with the design team to create high-quality assets to drive traffic.
  7. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights to enhance conversions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong background with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and familiarity with Taboola and Outbrain.
  • Confidence with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with YouTube advertising, including video ads.
  • An inquisitive mind with a desire to learn and innovate.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Prior experience working on CRO initiatives.
  • Ability to develop creative strategies for paid marketing campaigns.
