A fabulous opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about digital media and has a strong digital marketing skill set across paid digital marketing. Our client, an online commerce platform, has ambitious plans for growth and is looking for someone with energy and vision to join their growing team of marketers, based at their offices near Leeds.

In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of PPC campaigns, expanding the company's reach across channels such as Google Display Network, YouTube, Outbrain, and Taboola, delivering campaigns that maximize activity and exceed performance targets.

You will identify opportunities and develop strategies to broaden paid media investment and drive growth on new and emerging platforms. You will take ownership of non-brand paid search campaigns to improve CTR and search impression share. Additionally, you will provide regular reports to ensure PPC performance aligns with budgets, explaining any variances clearly, and develop testing strategies to optimize target audiences and bids.

This role involves significant collaboration, working with web developers to ensure landing pages are aligned with multi-channel campaigns, and with the design team to create high-quality assets that drive traffic. Strong analytical skills are essential to identify new trends and insights to further enhance conversions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and familiarity with Taboola and Outbrain
  • Confidence with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with YouTube advertising, including video campaigns
  • An inquisitive mind with a desire to learn and innovate
  • Highly developed analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing analysis
  • Prior experience with CRO initiatives
  • Ability to develop creative strategies for paid campaigns
