Overview

Paid Media Specialist – London / Hybrid

£40k-£50k + Excellent Benefits + Career Progression. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing professional services groups.

With a client base of 1,500+ and counting, they work with some of the country’s most exciting start-ups and scale-ups in AI, tech, manufacturing, engineering, and beyond, providing accounting and financial services to help business scale. They have doubled in size over the past 12 months and are continuing to grow. A new position within the business, the Paid Media Specialist role is key to the growth of the business, accountable for lead generation through search engine marketing and paid ads across a range of sites.

Sitting within a high-performing, collaborative marketing function, you’ll be accountable for the paid media strategy with an advertising budget of approximately £30k per month to be allocated across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others. The role is suited to a Paid Media Specialist who’s worked in a busy agency environment and wants to bring that experience in-house. Your experience will have focused on Business to Business marketing rather than Business to Consumer.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Planning and delivering paid media strategies that drive ROI
  • Managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Owning performance analysis, reporting, and optimisation
  • Managing budgets, allocating spend, and driving efficiencies
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align messaging and creative
  • Staying on top of digital ad trends and emerging tech
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience managing paid campaigns (agency background a big plus)
  • Deep knowledge of Pay Per Click and other forms of paid advertising
  • Experience gained within a Business to Business market
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Clear communicator with great attention to detail
  • Google Ads certified (or working towards it)
