Job summary

Genesis Employment Services Ltd client is seeking a driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, manage and optimise high-performing campaigns across the UK and internationally. You will handle Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a focus on lead quality, conversions and ROAS.

You will work with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns have the right strategy, creative, landing pages and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for multiple clients.
• Experience with Google Ads suite including Performance Max and Shopping.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn/Microsoft Advertising.
• Ability to analyse data and provide clear performance-led recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client facing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms.
• Manage campaigns across search, display, shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing and paid social.
• Develop paid-media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets and priorities.
• Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and platform research to inform strategy.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, and targeting approaches.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and assets.
• Monitor performance daily and optimise based on data insights.
• Improve metrics like cost per lead, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Control budgets, pacing and spend to meet targets.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and pixels; troubleshoot issues.
• Create reports and communicate findings and recommendations to managers and clients.
• Support client meetings, reviews and strategy sessions as required.
• Identify opportunities to test new audiences, formats and landing pages.
