Paid Media Executive
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid flexible working)
Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum

As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for a Paid Media Executive to help deliver impactful, performance-driven campaigns that connect people with the support and services they need.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in a fast-evolving team, working across paid search, display, and social channels to drive high-quality leads for our pre-paid funeral plans, funeral services, and legal products. What you'll be doing:
As our Paid Media Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our digital marketing team, reporting into our Performance Marketing Lead and working closely with our SEO, CRM, and web teams. Together, you’ll help create seamless, data-informed customer journeys that not only perform but reflect the care and professionalism our brand is known for.

  1. Building and launching campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  2. Managing and optimising paid media activity to improve conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition.
  3. Developing and testing ad copy, audiences, and creativity to drive performance.
  4. Creating structured, accurate reporting and monitoring daily performance across key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  5. Partnering with analytics teams to ensure campaign tracking and attribution are fully accurate.
  6. Maintaining high standards of campaign hygiene including structure, naming, UTM tracking, and audience management.
  7. Supporting the broader digital team with strategic testing and multichannel alignment.

What we're looking for:
An individual with a keen eye for detail, a naturally analytical mindset, and a curiosity to keep learning and improving. Whether you’re currently agency-side or already in-house, we want you to bring your knowledge into a business where your work has true impact. We will also look for:

  1. Any existing experience running PPC and/or paid social campaigns or working within a wider marketing function is advantageous.
  2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  3. Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheets.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  5. Confident interpreting campaign data and making evidence-based recommendations.
  6. Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  7. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
