As some of the fastest-growing competitions brands in the UK, we’re looking to appoint a Paid Media Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and maximise ROI across paid media but in particular paid social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage highly detailed Paid Social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to drive customer acquisition and meet growth KPIs.
- Write engaging, high-performing ad copy tailored to target audiences, ensuring consistency and messaging alignment with brand voice.
- Optimise audiences by leveraging demographic, behavioural, and interest-based targeting to improve campaign efficiency.
- Proactively set up and report on A/B tests (ad creatives, targeting, and placements) to identify opportunities for improvement and scale high-performing elements.
- Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve KPIs and uncover new efficiencies in paid spend.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to contribute to overall acquisition strategy, ensuring paid social campaigns align with broader business goals.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and new paid social channels to drive incremental growth.
- Produce accurate, timely reports, detailing campaign performance, learnings, and actionable next steps.
The Person
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills; capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with a focus on precision.
- Proven experience in executing Paid Social campaigns to a high level, including audience optimisation and A/B testing.
- Strong copywriting skills to create impactful ad messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Highly numerate and data-driven, with a strong ability to analyse performance and make decisions to maximise marketing spend.
- Experience in finding efficiencies, scaling acquisition, and delivering against ambitious KPIs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and third-party reporting platforms.
- A proactive, creative problem-solver with an innovative, test-and-learn mindset.

- This involves working 1 less morning or afternoon at least once a month, with the flexibility to monitor and manage campaigns at set times over the weekend.
- It is not required every weekend and will be planned collaboratively in advance.
- This approach allows for greater adaptability, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal performance while offering a healthy work-life balance.
