What You'll Be Doing:
Activation & Management
- Support and manage the day-to-day setup and optimisation of the Sweaty Betty marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Responsible for maintenance of account hygiene, including audience refresh cadence, pixel & feed-based health checks.
Creative and Communication:
- Work with the Manager to develop Regional Communications strategy and be responsible for its implementation.
- Support the Manager to manage relationships with external creative partners & manage the process from creative briefing to content delivery.
- Own paid ad builds across platforms (META, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Ads, with oversight from the Manager.
- Assist in maintaining the ad creative process and relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop a high standard of quality control and ensure consistency of creative standards and tone of voice across platforms.
- Research and share information on emerging social platforms to support Sweaty Betty's digital expansion.
- Take and distribute meeting notes and action points from platform calls to the Biddable team.
Reporting:
- Assist in reporting processes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including data collection and formatting.
- Work with the Manager to present end-of-campaign findings to stakeholders.
- Help analyze metrics, provide performance updates, and suggest optimizations and new initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis on targeting, creative, and platform performance to drive results.
Testing and Innovation:
- Help manage the biddable testing calendar from setup to reporting and next steps.
- Evaluate test results and contribute ideas for future experiments.
- Coordinate with content and account teams to align creative assets with testing goals and platform best practices.
- Ensure META's technical setup (pixel delivery, catalog match rates) remains optimal and proactively address issues.
What we're looking for:
- A basic understanding of key platforms, including META, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads.
- An analytical mind and an interest in driving performance through data.
- Strong attention to detail and effective workload management to ensure timely, accurate ad deployment.
- At least 6 months experience in a marketing or digital role.
- Experience with video & display advertising is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper assets, budget, and targeting setup.
- Comfort working with data and Excel to identify trends and share insights.
