What you’ll be doing

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic and other platforms
• Optimise and report on performance, drawing insights from Looker Studio and Google Analytics
• Manage client relationships and lead performance updates, calls, and business reviews
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Identify upsell opportunities and support with pitches and business development

What they’re looking for

• 3+ years of paid media experience (search and social)
• Experience managing campaigns for eCommerce or lead gen
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable pulling performance reports and recommending improvements
• Confident communicator, able to manage clients and present strategy clearly
• Native or fluent Italian (C2 level), plus fluent English
• Experience with international campaigns is a plus
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest or TikTok is a bonus
