The Role - Paid Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Analyse past performance, audience data, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
  • Translate client goals into data-led media strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Write high-performing ad copy and build concise, persuasive campaign reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with in-house creatives, strategists, and developers to deliver joined-up marketing solutions
  • Bring new ideas and creative testing strategies to the table-challenge norms and innovate
  • Track and report on performance, optimising towards CPA, ROI, and other key metrics

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with a creative eye for messaging and user engagement
  • Experience delivering commercial performance and reporting against KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • A curious, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous agency or fast-paced in-house experience preferred
