Overview
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Paid Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media activity for a scaling fashion brand with global ambitions. This is a pivotal role within a growing team, where you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own the paid media strategy across channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to achieve performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions, LTV, traffic growth).
- Manage and forecast paid media budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Lead creative testing, ensuring ad content is tailored to platform best practices while staying true to the brand.
Analysis & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to optimise targeting, bidding, and creative.
- Produce regular reports and insights for senior management, translating data into actionable strategy.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
Collaboration & Content Integration
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with CRM, brand, and merchandising teams to deliver integrated customer journeys.
- Provide feedback on organic content trends that can inform paid media testing.
Growth & Innovation
- Test and scale new paid channels, placements, and audience strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and market expansion (including international).
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and platform reps where necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Paid Marketing Manager with 3+ years’ experience in paid media management, ideally in eCommerce (fashion/lifestyle a plus).
- Proven track record of scaling ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, attribution/tracking software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Understanding of ad creative best practices and ability to brief/test creatives effectively.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A balance of data-driven decision-making and appreciation for brand storytelling.
