Join an innovative wellness brand dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their physical and mental wellbeing. As part of a fast-scaling team of biohackers, you will help elevate the brand's reach through effective and impactful paid media strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paid media enthusiast with a strong foundation in digital marketing to join a leading wellness brand. You will execute and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. Your role will involve scaling successful strategies, experimenting with new ideas, and ensuring smart spending decisions.

What you'll do...

  • Assist in managing and optimising paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Handle campaign setup, tracking, tagging, creative uploads, and reporting.
  • Organise and update the asset library; coordinate new briefs with internal design teams and agencies.
  • Analyse performance data to determine what's effective and identify new testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Manager on A/B tests for ad creative, copy, audiences, and formats.
  • Track and manage budgets and spending across platforms.
  • Maintain consistent UTM structures and clean reporting.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends on TikTok and other key channels.

Who you are...

  • Experience in paid media, with proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for noticing discrepancies.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in D2C or e-commerce brand environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo.

Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
