Enterprise Mobility invites ambitious undergraduates to join our Management Placement and Internship Programme. Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while working in a supportive environment.

The programme offers paid placement with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and employee referral rewards as you grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Applications accepted from all undergraduate students; assessment based on competencies.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional reservations experiences by confidently handling enquiries and building rapport with customers.
• Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, with potential to manage and promote others.
