Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid Management Placement and Internship Programme based in Sheffield. As an Intern, you’ll gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while receiving mentorship and classroom training.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate university student regardless of university attended or subjects studied.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and marketing: connect with local business partners and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial control and profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and development: mentor and train your own team with potential to promote others.
