Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Glasgow offers a paid six-month Management Placement/Internship designed to immerse you in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across functions, with mentorship and classroom learning to build practical leadership skills and a strong business foundation.

You’ll contribute to real projects, rotate across teams, and be supported to grow into higher responsibility.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student eligible regardless of university/subject; assessment based on competencies.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations for applicants who don’t drive.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve inquiries, and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train and develop your own team with potential to promote.
