Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person into the role of Paeds Nutrition and Dietetics Administrator within our Enfield Community Service. This is a permanent part-time position (3 days a week).
Our aim is to provide a high level of customer-focused, patient care. You will have day-to-day responsibility for providing a high-quality service to the team and be able to cover colleagues as and when required. You will ensure that all patient referrals and appointments are accurately recorded on our Patient Information system, RIO.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be booking appointments and interpreters, processing referrals, opening referrals on RIO, scanning and uploading, and dealing with queries from patients, GPs, and other professionals.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The role is administrative, requiring good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will liaise regularly with clinicians and other admin staff, work well under pressure, show initiative, and be a team player. Good IT skills and previous office or reception experience, preferably in healthcare, are essential.
