The Thames Valley Family Health Team is one of the largest family health teams in Ontario. With more than 120 physicians across 16 sites within London, Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, the Thames Valley Family Health Team is committed to providing comprehensive inter-collaborative primary health care to over 162,000 patients.
Thames Valley Family Health Team is seeking Full-time Nurse Practitioners (NP), with either a Paediatric or Primary Care designation, to join our dynamic team. Dedicated to optimization of full scope of clinical practice, our organization is looking to mentor a new NP, or experienced NP into this unique clinical area. The focus of this NP role will be in providing care through the rapid assessment of emergency department diversion clinics and an NP- Led Virtual Urgent Care (VUC) Clinic.

Annual Salary: $110,718 - $131,363 (based on years of experience)
